Kim Koraca joined MoxiWorks as a consultant in the spring of 2025 and was named CMO in September, bringing over 20 years of experience in scaling real estate technology brands. Upon her arrival, Koraca immediately spearheaded a comprehensive brand refresh and the launch of a new, modernized corporate website designed to align with the company’s AI-first transformation. Her strategic leadership was central to the successful rollout of RISE, MoxiWorks’ next-generation marketing platform. Koraca played a vital role in defining the product’s positioning, focusing on how its proactive AI “surfaces what agents didn’t even know to ask” to turn dormant contacts into active deal pipelines.
Under her direction, the marketing department was restructured to improve cross-functional alignment and accelerate go-to-market execution. A key voice in the industry throughout 2025, Koraca advocates for technology that prioritizes both agent productivity and brokerage compliance.
