Megan Rosendale, a third-generation REALTOR® at Maryland’s Rosendale Realty, was appointed president of the Mid Shore Board of REALTORS® (MSBR) in 2023. Juggling her role as a board president with managing the Denton location and mentoring four new licensees, Rosendale has showcased exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication. Her forward-thinking strategies and hands-on approach to business have fostered a new era for the MSBR, one of active participation and notable successes.

Among her trailblazing initiatives, Rosendale pioneered the establishment of a groundbreaking local down payment assistance program, the first of its kind in the state. This program, solely funded through her innovative fundraisers, has remarkably facilitated 11 local home purchases with more in the pipeline.
