McBrayer, certified international property specialist for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, is recognized for building key relationships and alliances, as well as spearheading large-scale implementations on an international level.

In 2020, McBrayer developed and launched a webinar series “Around the World with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices” across all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices global offices. Each global office presents, showcasing real estate properties in their market and explaining the benefits of moving there. In March 2020, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties honored McBrayer, presenting her with a Resolution by the Georgia State Capital for her work in cultural education and conducting bi-lateral trade after holding an in-person Demystifying Dubai event.
