Mike Clear

Since joining Realty ONE Group as chief operating officer in 2017, Mike Clear has been instrumental in virtually every aspect of growing and strengthening the company.

Clear oversees operations, marketing, training, accounting and finance, and human resources. He’s integrally involved in establishing the strategic direction of the company, aligning with partners and vendors and determining new revenue opportunities, all of which facilitate franchise sales and recruiting and retaining real estate professionals.

On May 1, 2019, Realty ONE Group celebrated its 14th anniversary and its continued growth in offices and agent count. The company has opened its first international offices with two new franchises in Canada and hosted its largest convention to date. Realty ONE Group also opened a brand-new headquarters office, The Hub, in Laguna Niguel, Calif.

Clear has served in various executive positions throughout his career, including CIO, COO, president and CMO at Home Security of America. He was also vice president of operations at American Home Shield.
