After a year of behind-the-scenes consulting with Milestones, Rivers Pearce sunset his consulting business and joined Milestones as CMO in July 2022. He successfully brought Milestones to market shortly thereafter, announcing a $10M+ Series A along with a brand new website and overall vision. Pearce is a fierce evangelist of the “homeowners under management” movement, helping agents to break free of the transaction mindset which keeps them seen as sales agents in consumers’ eyes.
