Rob Barber, a 25-year veteran in the real estate information services industry, is CEO of ATTOM Data Solutions. Under Barber’s leadership over the past year, ATTOM has successfully completed several strategic initiatives to bring more comprehensive real estate data to the marketplace and provide new data-delivery solutions that make the data more widely available to a broad spectrum of companies.
Barber’s most significant accomplishment over the past year was spearheading ATTOM’s acquisition by Lovell Minnick Partners in January 2019 to position the company for sustained growth. Lovell Minnick Partners has strong experience investing in technology-enabled service providers in the financial services sector.
When the acquisition closed, Barber commented, “We look forward to the next chapter of our growth, supported by the experience and resources of Lovell Minnick Partners, as we further strengthen our position as the premier one-stop shop for high-quality real estate data.”
Barber joined what was then RealtyTrac as CEO in 2015 and led the creation of the ATTOM Data Warehouse and the company’s subsequent rebranding as ATTOM Data Solutions in 2016. Since then, he has worked diligently to solidify the company’s brand as a leading supplier of premium property data. Prior to joining ATTOM Data Solutions, he held several top positions at Environmental Data Resources before serving as that company’s CEO for a decade.
