As president and general manager of the Constellation Real Estate Group, Scott Smith has led the company through the acquisition of several well-known and successful real estate software brands, including Market Leader, Real Estate Digital, Zurple, Z57, Offrs.com, SmartZip, Sharper Agent, TORCHx, Diverse Solutions, Emphasys Accounting, Constellation Web Solutions, Relocation Specialists, Mortgage Builder, Baynet, and Birdview.
In the past year, Constellation Real Estate Group has expanded its portfolio to include 15 leading real estate technology brands and entered the mortgage and predictive analytics markets. Smith has also focused on investing in and building a high-performing team across all business units.

Smith began serving as a Market Leader executive in 2002 and worked in all functional areas, including strategy, sales, service, marketing, operations, and product. He played key roles in Market Leader’s public offering in 2004 and its subsequent sales to Trulia in 2013 and to Constellation Software in 2015.
