Steven Pagano

With years of banking and real estate experience, Steven Pagano is the principal broker of First Hawaiian Realty in Honolulu, as well as an associate broker at Coldwell Banker Residential in Syosset, N.Y.

Over the past year, Pagano considered himself fortunate to have been a panelist for several REO- and broker-related webinars, where he aimed to dispense some valuable advice to help agents and brokers further the industry and complete their clients’ objectives. “Make a difference in someone’s life today” is his motto.

Pagano currently serves as an advisory board member for the Five Star FORCE, which focuses on assisting agents and making recommendations to the industry in the disposition of default assets and government-related products. He is a broker with considerable industry knowledge and experience and is always available to help agents and open a dialogue. Pagano was the CEO of a mortgage company in New York from 2003 to 2009, and then, armed with his banking background, he became a salesperson for an REO firm. He opened his own brokerage in 2010 and has focused on the default market sector.

Pagano is a speaker at investment seminars and other real estate functions. He is a father of 10 children and a member of the Jephtha Masonic Lodge, in addition to the Recording Academy and the Audio Engineers Society.
