Tracie Rich

Tracie Rich is broker/owner of RE/MAX United in Rockford, Grand Rapids and Greenville, Mich. Some of her most recent accomplishments include being named the Broker/Owner of the Year for the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS® in West Michigan, as well as being awarded the Norman W. Helm Award by RE/MAX of Michigan for career contributions to the franchise system. These added to several other awards she and her brokerage had previously won.

“We spend a tremendous amount of time and resources educating our professional REALTORS® to be the best agents in the marketplace,” says Rich. “The amount of information available to the consumer is growing by the day, and to understand what is important, what is actually true, and separating that from the noise can be very confusing for a home seller or buyer.

“Our RE/MAX United agents are instructed on how to facilitate a home sale and not to ‘sell’ real estate,” she continues. “When you put a group of bright people together and give them the tools and knowledge to serve their clients at the highest levels the industry can offer, you are bound to be successful.” 

A 20-year reputation for stellar service has helped Rich build a thriving real estate business. Along with her husband, Tom, she opened her own RE/MAX United brokerage in 2012 and expanded it shortly afterwards. Even with all her experience, Rich still gets excited about helping people find the home of their dreams and loves simplifying the selling process for her clients.
