In addition to expanding realtor.com®’s media portfolio upwards of 150%, in 2022, Tricia Smith’s team launched a New Construction Go-Direct initiative to source listings directly from builders, and is leading an enterprise broker approach to empower large brokers to succeed.
“Being charged with overseeing the relationships with many of realtor.com®’s larger external and Fortune 500 partners means I’m continuously building trusting relationships and consistently reviewing performance and identifying opportunities for us to grow together by better serving consumers,” says Smith.
Smith was also instrumental in growing and nurturing realtor.com®’s Veterans United Home Loans relationship from a small test client to one of the company’s largest strategic partners across multiple product offerings, which helped thousands of veterans secure the American dream of homeownership last year.
