Vanessa Bergmark

Vanessa Bergmark has long been considered a leading mind in real estate who embodies the highest standards of ethics and innovation. In 2021, she led the charge on two notable innovations, including Enhance, Red Oak’s exclusive home improvement solution. Thanks to her dedication to the environment, Red Oak also announced that it will become the first real estate brokerage in the Bay Area to be both green-certified and carbon-neutral. Bergmark strives to not only make a difference for our world’s climate, but to inspire and encourage other real estate brokerages to take similar steps.

Bergmark is also heading the Red Oak Realty nonprofit, ROOF—in conjunction with the Bridge Association of Realtors Community Foundation—to help increase fundraising and pivot donations to those who were specifically affected by the pandemic. “We succeed far more when we collaborate than when we compete,” she says.
