York Baur is someone who thinks bigger. In 2022 he made that clear in a number of ways—most importantly, by expanding the MoxiWorks family with two major acquisitions and growing his company to power 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents around the globe.

He also continued to give back to his community through the Moxi Fund, with a personal (and appropriately grand) gesture as he rapelled 500 feet down MoxiWorks HQ as part of a fundraising campaign.

Always zealously dedicated to advancing not only the interests of his partners and clients, but the industry as a whole, Baur proved that 2022 did not have to be a rebuilding year for real estate as his company man the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies for the first time, proving that sometimes it takes some “moxi” to thrive in this kind of market.
