Chip Maxfield Adds His Expertise to New Board of Regents Executive Committee

RISMEDIA, April 2, 2007-Chip Maxfield, the president and broker of Henry S. Maxfield Real Estate in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, recently received an exciting new leadership position on the newly formed Executive Committee in the prestigious Board of Regents.

"I am honored to receive this position," said Maxfield, who was president of the New Hampshire Realtors Association in 1993 and a member of the National Finance Committee from 1994 to 1995. "I enjoy serving others, both in my community and in distant lands. In this new position I can support, lead and set an example of excellence for brokers around the world."

The Board of Regents is the exclusive affiliation of luxury brokers and the governing body of the Luxury Real Estate network, known as Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate. It is comprised of 85 brokerage firms representing more than 425 offices from around the world. Each Regents member represents a distinct territory and has been selected because of his or her commitment to the Luxury Real Estate brand and top-ranking performance offering luxury homes for sale in the local market.

The Executive Committee was created in response to an overwhelming demand in the luxury home industry for centralized leadership. The 10 members selected to serve on the committee are from different geographic areas, including the United States, Canada, Europe and the Pacific Rim.

Maxfield, and his fellow committee members, will serve in their positions through April 2008.
