RISMEDIA, July 9, 2007—During the month of June Clareity Security, LLC added over 50,000 new subscribers. The new additions come from contracts signed by: Gainesville/Alachua County Association of REALTORS® (GACAR), Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (NEFMLS), Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® (GRAR), and the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). According to the company, this diverse group is a testament to the broad range of systems that Clareity Security’s SAFEMLS® product can support and the partnerships the company has built.
TREB will be Clareity Security’s first Canadian customer and the first using Stratus™ Data Systems’ Stratus MLS. TREB is the largest Association in Canada and one of the top 3 REALTOR organizations in the world.
NEFMLS, located in Jacksonville, and GACAR, in Gainesville, mark Clareity Security’s seventh and eighth clients in the state of Florida. The NEFMLS integration is the first with Clareity Security’s newest partner, FBS Data Systems, and SAFEMLS will be used to protect both flexmls™ Web and flexmls Wireless systems. Gainesville (home of the University of Florida Gators and NCAA Champions in both football and basketball) is Clareity Security’s eighteenth integration with MarketLinx® and the ninth with the Innovia system.
Greater Rochester will be Clareity Security’s fourth MLS installation in the state of New York. GRAR is also running on a MarketLinx system (Tempo™) which will make GRAR Clareity Security’s nineteenth integration with a MarketLinx system.
SAFEMLS® provides Web-based MLS systems with a multi factor authentication solution for member access. Token-generated or text message (SMS) one-time passwords are used in place of traditional username and password system. The result is better protection of the industry’s greatest asset – the MLS system. SAFEMLS has consistently proven to dramatically reduce system abuse, and to increase membership by an average of 15%.
