New Partnership Brings Homescape Property Listing Count to Well Over 2.7 million

RISMEDIA, Oct. 2, 2007-Homescape®, an online provider of local, comprehensive real estate property listings and rich content, today announced a marketing agreement with Keller Williams Realty, the fourth-largest residential real estate franchise in North America. The new partnership will enable millions of consumers across the country to search online at Homescape.com and find residential property listings represented by Keller Williams Realty. Keller Williams, with more than 660 offices and more than 78,000 associates in the United States and Canada, brings an additional 75,000 listings nationwide to the Homescape site.

“We are thrilled to be able to provide our consumers with Keller Williams’ comprehensive set of property listings nationwide,” said Frank Breithaupt, vice president and general manager of Homescape. “Adding Keller Williams to our list of major broker partners is a testament to Homescape’s goal of providing comprehensive resources to consumers for property listings and real estate information online, while enabling agents and brokers to increase their exposure to a qualified audience of local home buyers.”

“This relationship allows Keller Williams to provide additional value to our agents, our brokers and our customers by expanding the reach of our property listings on the Web,” said David Therrien, chief technology officer of Keller Williams. “We are pleased that Keller Williams and its listings will be a featured part of the Homescape site.”

Homescape is a division of Chicago-based Classified Ventures, LLC, a strategic joint venture owned by Belo Corporation, Gannett Co., Inc., The McClatchy Company, Tribune Company and The Washington Post Company. The Homescape Web site provides consumers and advertisers across America easy access to more than 2.5 million homes for sale and nine million property photos, while powering search tools and mapping technology for homes from major national and local partners.
