RISMEDIA, Nov. 6, 2007-ShowingTime, an industry showing management technology provider, announced it will release a significant update to its Web-enabled ShowingDesk Web Edition software to coincide with the National Association of Realtors® Show in Las Vegas.

The new release will be systematically rolled out to existing customers over the next several weeks, and will be made available to new customers who license ShowingDesk Web Edition as soon as mid-November, either at the NAR Show Nov. 13-16 or through contact with ShowingTime account executives at the company’s headquarters in Chicago.

ShowingDesk Web Edition 2.0 will include multiple enhancements and features designed to further automate the showing management process for busy real estate offices:

Advanced text messaging
Automatic forwarding of showing feedback to sellers
Automatic resending of feedback requests to showing agents
Detailed showing reports including average number of showings before a sale
Integration of GE Security Supra Lockbox data into listing activity reports
‘Feedback received’ e-mails also sent to co-listing agents
E-mails formatted to be compatible with AOL and Top Producer
Pop-up messaging when new ShowingAssist appointments are imported

“We’re excited to have the ShowingDesk Web Edition 2.0 release available for customers and prospective customers in the coming weeks,” said ShowingTime CEO Scott Woodard. “Our engineering team has been working diligently, and as always, has incorporated insights gained from customers through recent product surveys. We’ll continue pursuing our objective to make ShowingDesk Web Edition the de facto standard for real estate offices nationwide to manage showings more effectively.”
