Winning Strategies to Promote Client Loyalty

November 30, 2007, 4 pm
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, Dec. 3, 2007-Realtors looking for an edge in today’s tough market greeted Welcome Home Gift Cards with enthusiasm last month at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) 100th conference in Las Vegas.

According to the company, Welcome Home Gift Cards, whose marketing solution is based on ‘giving customers what they want in a way they’ll remember,’ offers brokers and agents the opportunity to purchase prepaid and customized Visa gift cards that let home buyer clients choose the thank-you gift they want from any outlet where Visa is accepted.

“It just makes sense to give your buyers options instead of locking them in to the local home store,” said Welcome Home Gift Cards President and CEO Tom Pecoraro. “Why not market yourself instead of promoting somebody else’s brand?”

The company says that it’s easy when the agent’s photo and logo are personalized right on the Visa gift cards, he said. “It’s a little like putting your face on a dollar bill. It goes a long way toward ensuring your customers will remember you.”

The customized gift cards may be presented to clients in a traditional thank you letter format, Pecoraro added. “But you can make the gift even more of a stand-out with presentation in a customized plastic sleeve or a pop-up house or envelope,” he said.

Design ideas and pricing are on the company’s Web site at www.welcomehomegiftcards.com.

The customized gift cards have an added advantage for brokers, according to Thad Napora, the company’s vice president, technology and marketing. “Brokers who have a stock on hand can use them for any purpose – like recognizing a referral partner or rewarding a top performer.”

The agent selects the card’s design and denomination, Napora said, and Welcome Home Gift Cards does the rest. “It’s the gift that can’t miss,” he said. “One size fits all. With the malls crowded, and gas at peak prices, why go anywhere else but online?”
