Lead Management – How Real Estate Agents Can Improve with Software Program

RISMEDIA, Feb. 12, 2008-Diverse Solutions’ back-end revamp gives real estate industry something to talk about. Justin LaJoie, president and CEO of Southern California-based Diverse Solutions, is always looking to build the next great software product for his clients. In fact, the company recently revamped the admin area of its mapping IDX solution.

As in the past, LaJoie and his team first sought the advice of their customers to hear firsthand what they had really been looking for. “Before we even begin to create any new products or revamp our existing products, we solicit feedback from as many real estate agents, brokers, and MLS executives as possible,” says LaJoie.

We always want to give our customers a great experience with our dsAgentReach lead management and e-mail marketing program,” says LaJoie. “We felt that the usability of our products would exceed everything else out there if we were to seamlessly blend our dsSearchAgent IDX admin area and our dsAgentReach admin area into a single application.”

LaJoie and his team wanted the line between dsSearchAgent and dsAgentReach to be completely seamless. “We knew that when we realized the two products were really just a single product. We wanted agents and brokers to have everything they needed in terms of contact management software and IDX software,” he says.

The integration of these programs has led to a unique IDX application with features that allow brokers and agents to see and do everything for a client from one single page,” says LaJoie. “Our dsSearchAgent IDX program allows agents and brokers to place the Website visitors that register on our IDX into our dsAgentReach lead management software. dsAgentReach then allows the agent or broker to manage all of the information relating to that client; correspondence tracking and history, tasks, notes, custom statuses/tags/groups, a file library, and drip marketing are just a few of the available tools that have been integrated into the admin area.”

“In addition to the new lead management integration, we have also significantly improved the calculation and display of each visitor’s statistical data. We’ve completely reformulated the way that we find the recommended listings for each visitor so that the agent or broker can suggest alternative properties and be more in-tune with what those clients are really looking for,” says LaJoie.

Increased usability and functionality was one of the main goals behind this back-end revamp.

“Our new Website form creator allows agents and brokers to easily bring visitors to their other Websites and blogs in the dsAgentReach lead management system,” says LaJoie. ” the form creator hooks up to a ‘pipeline’ distribution system that assigns the client to an agent either by round-robin or weighted distribution. We have also worked to improve our e-mail integration as we recognize that a lot of business is taken care of directly from an agent’s e-mail inbox.”

“Our clients are extremely excited about our new release, especially now that they can meet that goal of complete lead aggregation, distribution, and management,” he says. “For us to bring all of that into one big package is really exciting for both us and them at the same time.”
