RISMEDIA, March 3, 2008-Fidelity National Financial, Inc., a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, announced this week that Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions (FNRES) has entered a marketing agreement with Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services, to carry its 700,000 daily property listings on Cyberhomes.com, FNRES’ home search and valuation site.

Cyberhomes instantly gives visitors a detailed analysis of both homes and their surrounding communities based on more than two million listings for sale, and 100 million property, ownership, sales and mortgage records, covering more than 85% of the United States population. Cyberhomes also powers the valuation and listings aggregation functions for AOL® Real Estate.

In addition, Realogy’s residential real estate brand networks – which include CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty® — and Company-owned brokerages operated by its subsidiary, NRT LLC, will also post the listings on AOL® Real Estate.

“This is an agreement of great benefit to today’s real estate consumer and the agents and brokers working with them,” said Marty Frame, Cyberhomes general manager. “Nearly three-quarters-of-a-million additional listings from these great brands will give our visitors, who typically visit more than twice each month and spend an average of 30 minutes per session on Cyberhomes.com, sharper focus on America’s dynamic real estate market.”

“This marks another significant step forward for our online listing distribution strategy,” said Alex Perriello, president and CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group. “Beyond our individual brand Websites, we are actively placing our brands’ property listings with the most trusted and relevant Internet sites used by today’s homebuyers and sellers. We are pleased to welcome Cyberhomes and AOL Real Estate into our group of marketing partners that serve our vast audience in such a comprehensive way. Having some of the most highly trafficked online search engines and portal sites involved in our marketing platform supports our efforts to bring more information to homebuyers and sellers, and it also provides increased value to our brokers and agents.”
