Shells Realty Affiliates with Allison James Estates and Homes

RISMEDIA, July 30, 2008-James A. Crumbaugh III, CEO for Allison James Estates and Homes, announced that Shells Realty, a well-respected Southwest Florida real estate firm, has chosen to affiliate with Allison James Estates and Homes. Shells Realty is presently based in Punta Gorda, Florida, with additional locations in Sarasota and Burnt Store Marine, Florida.

According to the company, Shells Realty was founded by Robert Milligan. In just a few short years he built the company to include almost 200 Realtors. The company is based on the same business principles employed by Allison James Estates and Homes.

Milligan has been named as the Florida State Broker for Allison James Estates and Homes. The company that he will oversee will be known as Allison James Estates and Homes of Florida. Crumbaugh says that he is delighted with the new affiliation. “We feel very privileged,” he said, “to have a broker and company with the high standards of Shells Realty choose to affiliate with our company.”

“I’m honored,” Milligan said, “to be chosen to represent Allison James Estates and Homes as the Florida State Broker.” Milligan noted that the two company’s business philosophies were so closely aligned that it just made sense to affiliate with Allison James Estates and Homes. This affiliation gives the Realtors of Shells Realty a national presence and the ability to market nationally and also to build a national referral base with other Allison James Estates and Homes Realtors throughout the nation.

As part of the new affiliation, Crumbaugh revealed, Allison James Estates and Homes also acquires the right to participate in the revenues of Milligan’s title insurance business, mortgage company, and insurance company. This brings additional elements to the affiliation, which benefit Allison James Estates and Homes. “We were eventually going to add these additional companies as well,” Crumbaugh explained, “so by collaborating with Mr. Milligan’s affiliated companies, it really jump starts our efforts.”
