MRIS, February 9, 2009-The Maryland Real Estate Commission wants to remind you that their fee increases go into effect on March 1, 2009. If you renew before March 1st, you can still access the old rates. All paper applications need to be received by February 20th to qualify for the old rate.
You may also renew online by March 1st. Please visit the Maryland Real Estate Commission’s website at http://www.dllr.state.md.us/license/occprof/recomm.html for more information.
