In a Tough Market – Franchisor Focuses on What Works for Brokers and Agents

RISMEDIA, March 2, 2009-As a franchise heavily focused on providing a sound business model for its franchisees, Realty World N. California and Nevada says that the company has continuously provided leading technology solutions for agents and brokers. Last year Realty World N. California and Nevada began an initiative to develop a new core technology solution to help agents better manage their business, including marketing, lead management, and back end office solutions. The results of that initiative were delivered this month, and the Imprev Marketing Platform was once again selected to power the Realty World Design Center.

According to the company, the Imprev-powered Realty World Design Center integrates a full range of marketing and advertising tools into the corporate intranet including: virtual tours and digital marketing; virtual and paper flyers, brochures, postcards and newsletters; e-mail distribution and tracking; video production and distribution.

These features are provided to the brokers and agents in an easy-to-use, yet powerful solution. The Design Center has proven to be an asset not only for the development of high quality marketing collateral, but also in the recruitment and retention of franchisees and agents. This success was a key factor in the decision to expand the resources offered to their agents and brokers through the Design Center, and extend the relationship with Imprev.

Under the new multi-year agreement, Imprev will continue to deliver the Realty World custom label Design Center to the 1,500+ brokers and agents of Realty World Northern California and Nevada. Additionally, Imprev’s e-mail campaign system will now be available to all brokers and agents, to simplify and integrate contact management and e-mail delivery. This partnership furthers Realty World’s goals in three key areas:•

– Ensure that Brokers and Agents have Access to Best Technology: The Realty World extranet is the backbone of the franchise, delivering all the tools required for success. The Imprev platform seamlessly integrates into the company’s intranet.

– A Robust Solution at an Affordable Price: Realty World’s model centers on providing offices with everything needed to run a successful business, for one low franchise fee. Full access to the Imprev solution provides associates with the premium level marketing Realty World requires, at an affordable cost.

– Partner with Proven, Trusted Partners: Realty World’s business model depends on delivering exceptional technology, and it is imperative that the companies they partner with provide uninterrupted service for years to come.
