Prudential Gardner and RealPING ‘Connect’ to Decrease Agent Response Time, Increase Customer Service Excellence

RISMEDIA, June 30, 2009-Prudential Gardner, Realtors has announced it has entered into a multi-year agreement with real estate technology provider Real Ping, LLC. Under the agreement the company’s sales associates will have the opportunity to embed their websites, social media and networking sites, emails and marketing materials with realPING’s ‘Click-to-Talk’ technology.

“This new service will enable Prudential Gardner’s Sales Associates to be instantly connected to clients and customers from the web.” says Rick Haase, General Manager of the company. “Study after study shows that immediate response to online customers is a key determining factor in reaching customer service excellence with web shoppers. We wanted to make sure our sales associates are well equipped with the right tools to handle this expectation” he added.

According to the company, once connected, using any telephone, agents can remotely ‘push’ content, such as Web pages, additional information and properties for sale, Agent bios or even video home tours, to the consumer’s desktop during the call.

“Our agreement allows for sales associates to place the computer code anywhere they do e-Marketing. And that’s quite a competitive advantage in reaching the customer. Click to Talk technology will keep the company and its sales associates be number one in responsiveness and accessibility even as Internet technology continues to create revolutionary changes in how customers shop for homes,” says Haase. The company is rolling out the new service as part of its consumer and sales associate facing technology/marketing tools launch later in mid July.

Real Ping co-founder Albert Clark said, “Today’s consumers want answers in real-time. The new standard for response time is now – not an e-mail, auto responder or a call back 24 hours later. We are delighted that Prudential Gardner, Realtors as one of the nation’s top brokerages, is offering exclusive tools that differentiate their agent’s online marketing.

Studies have shown that 56 percent of consumers will select the first agent that responds to their questions.
