Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty Website Goes Multi-Lingual

RISMEDIA, February 15, 2010—Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, continues to find new ways to communicate with today’s home buyers and sellers. In addition to French and Spanish, visitors to the firm’s website can conduct a property search in any of 13 languages, including Japanese, Russian, Chinese and Portuguese.

“Although we can’t be fluent in every language, we’ve made a commitment to provide comprehensive service, both through our website and our multilingual agents,” explained Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Technology James P. Retz. “We will be adding even more language options to our website in the near future. And it’s interesting to note that among our agents, in addition to English, we speak 28 languages.” A search button on the DGSIR website allows visitors to select an agent based on the language he or she speaks.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s marketing programs provide other ways for home buyers to access property information as well. One that is growing in popularity is the ability for a home seeker to text message an address to Daniel Gale Sotheby’s and get an instantaneous reply with a GPS mapping of that property and other available properties in the area. “We’re receiving in excess of 100 text messages a month,” adds Mr. Retz, “and the number continues to grow.” Through its affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty, prospective buyers can also search for properties based on lifestyle requirements on the Sotheby’s International Realty website.

The firm has also recently launched a Facebook page www.facebook.com/DGSIR that complements its website www.danielgale.com.
