RISMEDIA, April 26, 2010—Former CRS President Gee Dunsten will be a part of a group of more than 100 speakers at this June’s RISMedia’s Leadership Conference—‘The Real Estate Social Media Summit,’ one of the most popular and informative real estate business conferences of the year.

This year, the Leadership Conference will be held June 9-10, 2010, right outside of New York City at the beautiful and conveniently located Hilton Rye Town in Westchester County, New York.

Gee Dunsten, a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, entered the real estate business in 1972. Starting in residential sales, he pro¬gressed from general sales manager to broker/owner in 10 years. In 1986, Dunsten sold his business and returned to his first love, selling real estate. His selling career has crossed the $200 million mark and he is currently owner/broker of Legacy Realty of Salisbury, Inc., and president of Legacy Development Corporation.

Dunsten has been a senior instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists for almost 20 years and served as CRS president in 2001. In addition to teaching CRS classes, Dunsten is president of Gee Dunsten Seminars, Inc. His hands-on approach to real estate training with leading-edge ideas and systems has made him a popular speaker at NAR conventions, and many state and company franchise conventions. Dunsten has taught in 49 of 50 states, and in Australia, Chile and New Zealand. He currently teaches GRI courses in Montana, Mary¬land, Tennessee, Louisiana and Missouri. Dunsten has co-written and developed the Recreation and Resort Specialist Training Courses and is recognized as a recreation and resort expert.

He is co-author of the book Mega-Million Dollar Secrets, Power Pack I and II software programs, and a series, Blow Your Own Horn.
