Greenwich-Based Country Estates & Manors Names Pat Neville to Lead Launch of Dynamic New ‘Office of the Future’

RISMEDIA, August 11, 2010—Highly innovative Greenwich-based real estate brokerage, Country Estates & Manors, has just opened its first Westchester Office at 7 Edgemont Road in Katonah. Pat Neville, a 30-year veteran of the Westchester Putnam Real Estate Market has been named as Broker and Team Leader to transcend the dynamic new vision of this forward-thinking company to the traditional business of real estate.

Country Estates & Manors is a full service real estate boutique firm with Estate Management and Concierge Services Divisions, whose mission is to give back to Realtors, staff, the community and those who are in need. A portion of the proceeds from every transaction will be donated to provide clean and safe drinking water to countries and children who are not as fortunate as others.

Establishing what it believes to be the real estate office of the future, in the community-oriented hub of Katonah, the business model of Country Estates & Manors is structured to reenergize an industry that is in need of revitalization. The company has aligned its real estate and estate management services and office structure to provide what today’s consumers are demanding—exceptional client service provided by a higher level of teamwork and seller participation in the marketing effort, in a relaxed atmosphere conducive to transacting the complexities of the next evolution of the business of real estate.

Neville has been an industry leader in ‘consumer and community-first’ marketing projects that she has led to successful fruition.
