RISMEDIA, January 13, 2011—Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC announced that Jameson Real Estate in Chicago has signed an agreement to join its luxury real estate network and will be re-branding its operation as Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty within the next days and weeks.
According to the company, Jameson Real Estate is led by Chris Feurer, chief executive officer, and Mike Sato, president, with approximately 250 agents serving the Chicago market area.
“We are very pleased that Jameson Real Estate will be joining our network of fine firms and that their office in the Near North Side will be representing us in Chicago,” said Philip White, president and chief operating officer, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. “They share our core values and will provide this important metropolitan market with the highest level of service.”

In representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Jameson Real Estate replaces McNair, Inc., which did business as Sudler Sotheby’s International Realty in Chicago. Effective January 10, 2011, Sudler is no longer an affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty network.
Southport Sotheby’s International Realty will continue to operate from its current location on Southport Avenue in Chicago, under the ownership of Karina Caulfield.
