Realty Executives International Sees Significant Franchise Growth in the First Quarter of 2011

RISMEDIA, March 25, 2011—Realty Executives International, Inc. has awarded franchising rights to 12 new franchisees in North America year-to-date in 2011. New franchise locations include those added in the Canadian provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. In the United States new franchise locations can be found in Florida, Tennessee, California, Missouri and Arizona. In Arizona alone, five new Realty Executives franchises have opened in Maricopa and Pinal Counties.

“We’re finding that brokers and top producing sales associates are choosing to align with Realty Executives because of our brand standards, international network and high quality suite of tools we make available to our franchisees and their sales associates,” says Rich Rector, owner and president of Realty Executives International. “We give our Executives the tools and support to leverage opportunities in today’s real estate climate.”

This growth in the first quarter of 2011 is evidence of an aggressive franchise development and expansion plan Realty Executives International has implemented, with a goal to far surpass last year’s 54 new franchises awarded. This development plan also places emphasis on franchise renewals; The company has already renewed nearly 25 percent of the franchisees up for renewal this year.

Newly implemented technology platforms, focusing on cutting-edge mobile technology and marketing, are also creating an increase in agent leads and customer satisfaction—both of which are creating a renewed awareness about the Realty Executives brand in marketplaces across North America.

Rector adds that Realty Executives remains focused on understanding the changing real estate market and giving its Broker/Owners and Executives the education and tools they need to stand out in the market today. “Our emphasis is on making sure that our franchisees feel equipped to adjust to current market conditions in a manner which fosters productivity and profitability.”
