RISMEDIA, April 1, 2011–Better Homes and Gardens (BHG) Rand Realty announced today its annual awards for the highest-achieving sales associates.
BHG Rand Realty recognized 120 sales associates at its March 4 annual company-wide meeting and honored three of the highest performers in each of four counties – Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess.
The winners and their offices are:
Westchester – Charlene Tobin, Rye; Chrissy Hazelton, Rye; Jason L. Mehler, Rye.
Rockland – Margo Bohlin, New City; Beatrice Barrett, Pearl River; and Eileen Daly, Nanuet. Bohlin ranked No. 1 in the company based on gross closed income. Barrett ranked No. 1 in the company based on the number of properties sold.
Orange – Theresa Budich, Central Valley; Marion Bruhns, Pine Bush; and John Biasi, Central Valley.
Dutchess – Philip Messina, Poughkeepsie; Nancy Berish, Poughkeepsie; and Kerri Hughes-Stretch, Fishkill.
