How Strategic Partnerships Can Help You Grow Your Real Estate Business

RISMEDIA, May 13, 2011—Increasing real estate sales in today’s market takes a business model that includes strategic partnerships, according to Dan Carrillo, managing partner of the Gonzales Group. Carrillo, a 30-year industry veteran and an expert in the multicultural real estate market, will offer tips and insights on strategic partnerships as a guest on the May 17 segment of NAHREP Radio. The show will be broadcast Tuesday, May 17 at 9 am PST.

Carrillo has worked as an executive, sales manager, trainer, business development expert and director of relocation. He is frequently a guest speaker at national trade events and speaks on the multicultural market.

“Strategic partnerships are that all-important network of like-minded service providers who can be a conduit for a regular stream of business,” says Carmen Mercado, Chairman of NAHREP. “But choosing these partners carefully and strategically can make all the difference in the world.”

The Voice of Hispanic Real Estate is an Internet talk radio program produced by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, a non-profit trade association with more than 18,000 members in 48 states and 50 affiliate chapters. The show is broadcasted bimonthly and features leading Latino real estate experts, prominent industry leaders and topics that are relevant to the Hispanic real estate market and Hispanic homebuyers.
