Property Feedback System Saves Time and Money

RISMEDIA, July 11, 2011—When Gary Pamma started his company, Gary Pamma Home Selling Team, in 2007, he had no system for collecting feedback on his properties. Pamma lists and sells bank owned properties, and soon began receiving requests from some of his corporate sellers regarding feedback on their property—they wanted to know what the buyers were saying. When Pamma realizes that a price reduction needs to be made, he is able to back up his proposal with the received feedback—this can be a definite boon when dealing with stubborn sellers who don’t want to reduce their prices.

The customizable HomeFeedback® forms allow agents to easily tailor the feedback questions to suit their needs, focusing on explicit property aspects and issues. This allows them to receive a great deal of specific information about their properties while still focusing the majority of their time and energy on sales.

“With the volume of listings we have, we wouldn’t have time to get manual feedback from all of our properties,” explains Pamma, who continues on by expressing that Showing Suite™ saves not only time, but money. “Just do the math,” states Pamma. “I don’t have the time to gather feedback myself, and hiring someone else to do it manually would be expensive.”

As we move into the future, Pamma plans on working not only with bank-owned properties but with equity sellers as well. “When we do this, we plan on using more of the Showing Suite features to stay organized.” Some of the features Pamma plans on utilizing are Showing Calendar®, which will allow prospects and agents to schedule showings from his website, and HomeFollowup, which helps with lead campaigns.
