DeRuiter brings more than 16 years of sales experience in real estate and technology to the job. Her previous track record speaks for itself, and she has had great success in business development, organizational management, sales, and sales training. DeRuiter’s unique and winning approach to sales management and execution is a valuable asset to Prudential Georgia Realty. She joins a superb team that includes Lori Lane (Director of New Homes Sales & Marketing) and Dan Forsman (President and CEO). In addition to her sales management experience, DeRuiter is a licensed broker and has been recognized for her high sales achievement by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. She is also known for her team building and leadership expertise.
Before joining the Prudential Georgia Realty New Homes Division, DeRuiter was Director of Sales and Business Development at Evolv. She has also worked for Keller Williams Realty, Morris and Raper REALTORS®, Rhino Xing, LLC, and Post Properties.
DeRuiter is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Georgia State Universitywith a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She holds Georgia Real Estate Qualifying Broker and Associate Broker Licenses and is actively involved in the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
