BHG Rand Realty recognized 116 sales associates at its March 16th annual company-wide meeting and honored three of the highest performers in each of five regions – Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess and Northern NJ. The winners and their offices are:
Westchester – Chrissy Hazelton, Rye; Jeffery Landsman, Yonkers; and Sherry Wiggs, Dobbs Ferry.
Rockland – Margo Bohlin, New City; Beatrice Barrett, New City; and Rosalie Krantz, New City. Bohlin ranked No. 1 in the company, based on gross closed income.
Orange – Marion Bruhns, Pine Bush; Theresa Budich, Central Valley; and John Biasi, Central Valley.
Dutchess – Susan Todd, Poughkeepsie; Philip Messina, Poughkeepsie; and Jerry Tarrab, Fishkill.
Northern, NJ – Joseph Simone, Wayne; Gene Lowe, Wayne; and Keith Dickman, Wayne. Simone who came over from Rand’s recent acquisition of Preakness Realty in New Jersey ranked as No. 2 in gross closed income.
