RISMEDIA, April 19, 2012–Coldwell Banker Prime Properties (www.coldwellbankerprime.com), the #1 Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliate in New York State, was recently awarded Silver level status by the Cartus Broker Network for their central New York region. Silver is one of three Excellence Award recognition levels presented to qualifying principal brokers.

“Coldwell Banker Prime Properties has delivered excellent results to both its customers and the Cartus Broker Network,” said Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president, Broker Services and Affinity Services. “To earn this distinction, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties has successfully executed a business plan that involves attention to customer needs, understanding of local conditions, and incorporation of best business practices.”

Silver level recognition is based on performance results related to a wide variety of goals including customer service, cost management, and accuracy on the Broker Market Analysis.

“We are honored and proud to have our Syracuse region offices receive Silver level for 2011.” Said Marilyn L. Martin, SCRP Vice President – Corporate Services for Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. “Integrity, professionalism, and dedication to providing the best possible service, are the principles that guide our sales associates. This award is a very exciting recognition of their efforts.”

In addition to Silver status, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties has also received Five Star recognition from the Cartus Broker Network. The award is given to brokers who met or exceeded their individual objectives related to outgoing broker-to-broker referral closings during 2011.

“We are proud to be affiliated with this talented group of real estate professionals and look forward to our continued success in the future,” said Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president, Broker Services and Affinity Services.
