Top RE/MAX Agent Experiences Increased Listings and Sales with Short Sale Marketing System

Despite the down market that is affecting real estate across the country, Liz Papenbrock in Jacksonville, Fla., has seen a dramatic increase in business from her online resources. Papenbrock attributes much of her success to the advanced Web marketing strategy developed by Pro Step Marketing, which includes both a traditional website and a short sale marketing website.

“I began working with Pro Step Marketing four years ago when Tricia Andreassen (Web marketing coach and CEO of Pro Step Marketing) did a webinar introducing their Short Sale System,” says Papenbrock. “I immediately signed on, and have never regretted it. Within a few weeks, I also moved my main website to Pro Step. Whether I am sharing my website with clients, friends, or other REALTORS® – I always receive compliments. And, the websites work!”

Papenbrock put all of her knowledge and tools into producing a cohesive marketing system that would be highly visible to online users and still generate sufficient leads. The real estate marketing strategy, design and implementation firm took all of Papenbrock’s resources, and her frustrations with her original Web system, and integrated them into a new, seamless marketing plan that would benefit her and increase business.
