More than 40 real estate professionals from Prudential Network Realty recently attended the Prudential Real Estate network convention at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The Northeast Florida real estate firm was recognized as one of the Top 50 affiliates nationally from among more than 1,500 offices, the company has announced.

During the convention, the Prudential Real Estate network honored its most successful professionals including Prudential Network Realty Realtor Elizabeth Hudgins of the company’s Ponte Vedra Beach office. Hudgins received Prudential Real Estate’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle–Diamond Award for 2012, which is awarded to the elite half of one percent of the network’s 53,000 sales professionals. Hudgins closed a record $64 million in sales in 2012, outpacing her closest competitor by $20 million.

Prudential Real Estate also honored Prudential Network Realty’s Avondale office as a Round Table Award recipient. It is the third consecutive year the office, which is led by Broker/Manager Sheron Willson, has been recognized as one of the top three Prudential offices in the South region based on residential Gross Commission Income (GCI) for an office with 21 to 40 sales professionals.
