In August 2013, Trulia completed the acquisition of Market Leader, combining Trulia’s leading marketplace for consumers and real estate professionals with Market Leader’s comprehensive suite of SaaS solutions, including CRM and lead management tools. Trulia has also stepped up its presence in the rental market by providing rental listings across the U.S. via dedicated Trulia apps and on the web. Trulia began trading on the NYSE in September 2012 under the stock ticker TRLA.

Power Broker is the term used by RISMedia that has now become synonymous within the residential real estate industry to describe the leading brokerage firms and their respective management teams that dominate the housing sector. Each year, RISMedia surveys more than 1,200 of the industry’s leading brokerage firms, ranking these companies by transaction and sales volume, and publishes the results in its Annual Power Broker Report & Survey. Each year, in conjunction with the National Association of REALTORS® Conference & Expo, RISMedia hosts The Power Broker Dinner to honor the industry’s leading executives and their firms.
