HomeServices of America, Inc. has acquired Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate, adding the firm’s 25 offices and over 730 sales associates based largely in Central New Jersey, the company announced on Tuesday. The announcement follows the acquisition of Houlihan Lawrence and the addition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties, which both took place in January.
Gloria Nilson & Co. Chairman Dick Schlott and President Pat Bell will continue to lead the firm, which will retain its name. The regional leader ranked in the top 500 in RISMedia’s recently released 2017 Power Broker Report for sales volume and transactions.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Gloria Nilson & Co. serves Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris and Ocean counties in New Jersey and Bucks County in Pennsylvania.
