Additionally, three brokerages, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Long & Foster Real Estate, have partnered with RealScout, bringing the Buyer Graph and other buyer data-driven insights to their organizations.
The Buyer Graph, a platform powered by RealScout, helps agents and their clients facilitate purchases and/or sales in one streamlined solution. There are Buyer Graphs by region; brokerages who participate have access to buyer data and the network within their region. Consumers can access the Buyer Graph if their brokerage is a member.
With the partnership with RealScout, the three brokerages are adopting its 1) award-winning listing search and listing alert platform that keeps consumers connected to their agents, 2) consumer behavior data and analysis, which enables better customer service and experience, and 3) secure collaboration among agents of brokerages participating in the Buyer Graphs.
