Broker and owner Jason Araujo has opened HomeSmart Heritage Realty, the first HomeSmart International franchise in Southeastern Massachusetts, to align with the fast-growing real estate brand, according to an announcement by HomeSmart International. The new brokerage will serve agents and consumers in Fall River, New Bedford and throughout Bristol County.
“After nearly 20 years of successfully owning and managing businesses and franchises in other industries, I made the leap to owning and operating a real estate business,” says Araujo. “I’m now thrilled to bring HomeSmart’s proven model of success to the region and give local agents a fresh perspective on the industry.”
