Former Better Homes and Gardens franchisee Tech Valley Homes has announced that they are joining Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the third-largest real estate company in the United States and the largest home seller in the state of New York, effective immediately.
Tech Valley Homes, founded in 2001 as an independent brokerage, has operated as a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise since 2011. Led by regional real estate powerhouse Miguel Berger, who has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years, Tech Valley Homes brings 24 real estate agents and $57 million in sales volume to Howard Hanna.

The venture will combine the two offices, with Howard Hanna Loudonville moving into the space occupied by the former Tech Valley Homes group. The office, located at 471 Albany Shaker Road in Albany, N.Y., across the street from Howard Hanna’s existing office at 498 Albany Shaker Road, will bring together a real estate team of 50 professionals with over $100 million in sales volume in 2019. The two offices will be combined over the next several weeks.
Agents from the former Tech Valley Homes will gain access to Howard Hanna’s award-winning marketing and advanced technology, in addition to industry-leading training and learning programs.
