I understand his reasoning. As long as sellers understand that it could reduce the exposure level (and ultimately the sales price) and are still adamant about reducing the exposure and interest, then so be it. I do believe there are times that CCP is so overkill with regulations. I also believe that a client and an agent should be able to determine what strategy is best for them. NOT using CCP can also bring out unscrupulous agents who are more concerned with their own bottom line than their clients. As usual, common sense should prevail.
