ERA Real Estate has announced the induction of two real estate professionals into the ERA® brand Hall of Fame Class of 2024. The ceremony was held at the ERA Real Estate’s Fuel 2025 International Conference in San Diego.

Since its inception in 2013, the ERA® Hall of Fame has celebrated individuals and companies who have consistently achieved high levels of recognition and made significant contributions to the culture and history of the ERA ® brand.

The ERA Hall of Fame Class of 2024 includes:

Ranelle Birmingham, broker/owner, ERA Sarver Real Estate

Lydia Sanchez Flagg, broker/owner, ERA Queen City Realty

“For more than 50 years, ERA Real Estate has led with innovation, technology and a collaborative spirit,” said Alex Vidal, president, ERA Real Estate. “The ERA Hall of Fame Class of 2024–Ranelle Birmingham and Lydia Sanchez Flagg–have elevated the brand, their companies and their communities. They are true role models of what the ERA ® brand stands for and I want to congratulate these trailblazers on their remarkable achievements.”

Ranelle Birmingham, broker/owner, ERA Sarver Real Estate, Leesville, Lousiana

Ranelle Birmingham, the broker/owner of ERA Sarver Real Estate, has been a cornerstone of the West Central Louisiana real estate market for over four decades. The brokerage, founded in 1966 by Richard Sarver, welcomed Ranelle to the team in 1977. Fresh out of college with honors, she quickly established herself as a top agent. ERA Sarver Real Estate joined the ERA® network in 1979.

Under Ranelle’s leadership, ERA Sarver Real Estate has consistently ranked among the top 200 ERA affiliated companies nationwide for the past 20 years, reaching the coveted top 50 in 2009, a press release stated. In 2006, ERA Sarver Real Estate was awarded the prestigious Jim Jackson Memorial Award for 1st In Service®  based on their ratings from past clients, the company noted.

A proven mentor, Ranelle has coached countless agents to success, earning multiple ERA® brand Leader Circle and Beyond Excellence designations. ERA® stated that she also spoke twice at Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience, a program offered by Anywhere Real Estate designed to provide rising leaders with the skillset and tools needed to help shape the future of the industry. Her commitment to her team and industry has been instrumental in ERA Sarver Real Estate’s continued success, even during challenging times.

“I am deeply honored to be inducted into the ERA ® Hall of Fame Class of 2024,” said Birmingham. “Being an ERA® affiliate for over 40 years has been more than just a professional journey; it has been a cherished part of my life, like an extended family. The success and growth I’ve experienced are a testament to the unwavering support and camaraderie of my fellow affiliates and the ERA® brand. I am profoundly grateful for this incredible recognition and the wonderful people who have been part of this journey with me.”

Lydia Sanchez Flagg, broker/owner, ERA Queen City Realty, Scotch Plains, New Jersey

Lydia Sanchez Flagg is the dynamic broker/owner of ERA Queen City Realty, a woman-owned, minority brokerage in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Her company has been part of the ERA® franchise for over 40 years.

Lydia is a passionate leader known for her determination, intelligence, and unwavering dedication to service. She consistently promotes the ERA®  brand, embracing its products, tools and services daily. With decades of experience, Lydia joined the ERA® network in 1981 and has served as a past president of the ERA Broker Council in New Jersey, the release stated.

Lydia has expanded her company to three locations, earning recognition as a top 50, top 100, and top 200 company over the years. ERA Queen City Realty has also been honored with the Diversity Award and has received multiple nominations.

Lydia is a staunch advocate for her community. She has served as a Housing Chairperson of the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Human Rights Council, past President of the Plainfield Area Board of Realtors, and past President of the local chapter of NAREB. Additionally, she founded the Scotch Plains Chamber of Commerce and has contributed to numerous other initiatives.

“Four decades might seem like a long time to stay in the same profession, but my enthusiasm remains as fresh as it was in the beginning,” said Sanchez Flagg. “Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, and while the industry continues to evolve, the unwavering support of my ERA Family has been a constant. As a woman-owned minority business, this journey has been particularly meaningful, and I truly believe that I wouldn’t be where I am today without Team ERA. Thank you for honoring me with this incredible recognition.”
