ActivePipe Celebrates Record Year, Adds 90 Real Estate Companies in 2019

ActivePipe has announced new ways to increase engagement and content curation through significant user upgrades to its award-winning email marketing platform.

With the latest Bulk Contact Update management feature, users can curate hyperlocal content to specific contacts using tags. Users can filter contacts by location, use a bulk tag feature to segment the audience, and then send that specific segment curated content.

Additionally, ActivePipe Chief Executive Officer Ashley Farrugia and Chief Revenue Officer Mike Feller were named to RISMedia’s coveted 2020 Real Estate Newsmakers list for their contributions to the industry.

In 2019 in the U.S. alone, the company brought on more than 90 new real estate companies across multiple verticals. ActivePipe surpassed several milestones in 2019, most notably partnering with some of the most powerful brands in real estate, including Adwerx, Moxi, LionDesk, Cloze, Spacio, LiveBy, Terradatum, Union Street Media, Brytecore, Follow Up Boss and Xpressdocs.

“ActivePipe is a powerful email marketing platform that is remarkably easy to use. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to design beautiful, mobile-friendly email campaigns in just minutes. Adding property listings is a breeze and the built-in analytics will help you deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time,” says Tom Flanagan, chief innovation officer at The Group Inc.

This growth and expansion were supported by a U.S. team that grew more than three times over, bringing the international team upwards of 70 total employees. Along with this growth, ActivePipe powered its client partners by cutting implementation by more than 50 percent from 78 days down to 30.

“We hit the U.S. market at a great time. We solve a very real problem for the industry, and we are fortunate to have an extremely talented team dedicated to helping brokerages and agents be more productive” says Feller. “Our U.S. expansion has fueled record growth across our company—and this is just the beginning.”

Highlights from 2019 include:

  • Signed over 90 brokerages in the U.S.
  • Grew U.S. business by 6X
  • Cut implementation time from 78-82 days (which was still relatively good) to under 30 days
  • Select clients finished the year with over 80 percent engagement
  • Grew the U.S. team 3X
