Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, Feb. 8, 2007-Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Colorado's largest residential real estate brokerage firm, acquired the assets of Colorado Professionals, Ltd., which formerly operated under the banner of Metro Brokers Executives Office of Lakewood in Colorado. The firm's sales associates will operate from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's West Office on Union Boulevard in Lakewood.

"The combination of these two fine companies will further strengthen our leading position along Colorado's Front Range," said Chris Mygatt, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado. "Nancy McCauley and her top-producing agents are a talented team who have a stellar record in focusing on serving customers to the fullest, which mirrors the culture we have established at our company."

McCauley will join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's West Office as a sales associate. Colorado Professionals' sales associates posted total sales volume of approximately $30 million in 2006.

Colorado Professionals, Ltd. was founded in 1995 by managing broker Nancy McCauley, one of the region's foremost real estate professionals with more than three decades of experience.

"Joining forces with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage will provide numerous benefits for our agents because of the company's high-profile marketing programs and Internet presence, exceptional training, continuing education programs and the support of top-level management," McCauley said. "In my opinion, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's customer service programs are far and away the best in the real estate business."

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado has more than 1,600 sales associates operating from 14 strategically located offices spanning the Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a member of NRT Incorporated, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company. NRT, a subsidiary of Realogy Corporation (NYSE:H), operates Realogy's company-owned real estate brokerage offices.
