In the past four years, Apartment Finder has tripled revenues, expanded its market presence to 103 publications across the country, and firmly established its reputation as a key national player in the multi-family housing industry. It is this type of expansion that continues to make Apartment Finder the anchor of the multi-family division of Network Communications, Inc. Judy Bellack, vice president, Operations, will take on the responsibility for managing Apartment Finder operations, working closely with NCI department leaders in streamlining processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing improvements. She will also continue her leadership of the Florida markets. Bellack started with Apartment Finder in early 2003 as the Southeast region director, encompassing the Florida, North and South Carolina markets. With 17 years of industry experience, she was instrumental in the launch of the Palm Beach market and successfully acquired two publications in Tallahassee and Central Florida.
Krista Castillo, vice president, National Sales, will use her 20 years of experience to continue her focus on the national sales effort, expanding existing and new key account relationships, and establishing direction for major Apartment Finder sales initiatives. Castillo started with Apartment Finder in 2003, focusing on Apartment Finder's Texas markets, propelling Dallas to the second largest publication in the Apartment Finder brand and tripling revenues. She has also been the driving force in developing sales/service/marketing programs for our dedicated sales teams and valued clients.
Kevin Telfer, vice president, Sales West, will take on the leadership responsibility for the Western United States. Over the last four years, Telfer's 13 years of experience has led the South Central region to the strongest revenue growth track record in Apartment Finder history. Expanding the region from six to 14 markets, including five new market launches (Austin, San Antonio, Seattle, Las Vegas and San Francisco) and three successful acquisitions (Pierce County, Houston and Tucson), Telfer and his team have continued to build a strong presence in the central and western U.S.
