Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, April 26, 2007-The International Premier Properties Team of Keller Williams Realty, based in Houston, Texas, will lead an agent tour of the El Encanto en Punta Mita luxury resort development, located just west of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, from May 3rd through May 5th, 2007. El Encanto is an exclusive, elegant, and private 18 acre gated development located in the luxurious Punta Mita community along the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Banderas. According to the company, the International Premier Properties Team at Keller Williams Realty is privileged to represent El Encanto en Punta Mita and this tour will allow their agents to gain a unique appreciation of the elegance and luxury of the El Encanto development.

The El Encanto en Punta Mita luxury resort is distinguished by Pacific Ocean and Bahia de Banderas vistas, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, a wide variety of water sports, world class premium service, and a superlative array of amenities. The exquisitely designed Villas, Residences, and new luxury condominiums all provide spectacular golf course and ocean views. Jaime Guzman, an architect whose portfolio includes luxury real estate in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico City, and Punta Mita, has combined his talents with KMD, one of America's leading architectural firms, to create El Encanto's luxurious and elegant ambiance. A private Owner's Beach Club and Clubhouse are among the planned amenities El Encanto's residents can look forward to enjoying.

The Punta Mita development encompassing El Encanto has been built along a peninsula encircled by nine and a half miles of beautiful coastline. The developers of El Encanto en Punta Mita include BCBA Impulse in Mexico City, Dallas, Texas based CASA MEXICANA, and AIG Global Real Estate, a subsidiary of American International Group. Stewart Title Guaranty de Mexico is managing El Encanto's title guarantees and client buyer escrow accounts.
