With over a decade of experience as the CEO of two international real estate brands, owning a residential real estate brokerage and a rich experience dealing with commercial real estate, Rick Davidson has a strong focus on consolidation and vertical integration in the real estate services industry. In 2021, he led the acquisition of JP & Associates REALTORS® and JPAR Franchising, which completed over 25,000 transactions across 23 states in 2021 alone.
