RISMEDIA, November 19, 2009—Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC announced that it has acquired the assets of Palm Harbor, Fla.-based Coldwell Banker Wikle Properties, including both its residential and commercial real estate operations. The combined company will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
Paul Wikle, president/owner of Coldwell Banker Wikle Properties, will remain with the organization as part of the commercial real estate team. Sue Flaig, office manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Clearwater office, will oversee the Palm Harbor office.
