David Rickel, region president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® & The Trident Group, led transformative initiatives in 2025 that empowered agents, strengthened recruitment and boosted listing inventory across South Jersey. He launched the innovative Recruitment Rewards program, which incentivizes agents to recruit top talent aligned with the brokerage’s values, driving a 155% increase in agent referrals and contributing to 35% of new experienced hires this past year.
In response to a challenging, listing-constrained market, Rickel also introduced the four-week Inventory Creator program, equipping agents with scripts, prospecting strategies and accountability metrics. The program helped offices under his leadership increase listing inventory by 15% in its first month, outperforming the local market.
A respected industry voice, Rickel shares his expertise on panels and at industry events, and maintains a strong presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. His leadership and innovation were recognized in 2025 when he received the Icon of the Year award from the NEXUS Association of Realtors®.
